A donation from the heart
Citizen Machinery Europe donates to the hospice in Oberesslingen
Over the years, the former company Boley (taken over by CME in 1992) has raised significant funds in their „joy and sorrow“ cashout. It has long been discussed what should happen with these funds and how the money could be invested sensibly.
Shortly after the liquidation of this cashout has been announced an appropriate recipient of the monetary donation of EUR 5,000 has been found.
We have decided and are glad to donate to the local hospice in Oberesslingen which has been founded in April 2014. Represented by the CEO and our works council CME was able to gain an interesting and moving insight into the work at the hospice which is mainly financed by donations. We will further continue to support this friendly and quiet place for the last path of seriously ill people.
