The best-selling model from the Miyano brand, the BNJ, has been completely redesigned.
The casting structure has been redesigned, which improves the machine's rigidity, accuracy with thermal expansion, and tool life.
The machining area on the back has been expanded, so a chuck with a 51 mm diameter can be mounted on the counter-spindle. As the front and back now have the same diameter, a wider range of workpieces can be machined.
The guide rails are equipped with LFV (Low-Frequency Vibration Cutting) technology. The simultaneous 4-axis machining prevents problems caused by chips, which contributes to more stable production.
